      High-precision longitudinal and transverse cutting machines: 2 units, cutting error ≤0.5mm, suitable for various materials including solid wood and plywood, supporting a maximum board size of 2440×1220mm, with a daily wood processing capacity exceeding 30 cubic meters;
      Heavy-duty planer and sanding machine: 2 units each, quickly leveling the wood surface and removing burrs, with a wood thickness tolerance of ±0.2mm after processing, improving the appearance and safety of the finished product;
      Fully automatic CNC leg block nailing machine: 1 unit, PLC controlled, automatically completing leg block cutting, splicing, and nailing, with a daily output of 2000+ leg blocks, suitable for heavy-duty pallet load-bearing requirements;
      CNC drilling machine: 1 unit, precisely processing the hole positions of wooden crate/pallet connectors, suitable for lattice crates, frame crates, and other irregular structures, with a hole diameter error ≤0.1mm.

  • Forming and Assembly Equipment

      Environmentally friendly fumigation chamber + drying chamber: 1 set each, total volume 800 cubic meters, equipped with automatic temperature and humidity control system, compliant with IPPC international standards, and providing official fumigation certificates after treatment to meet the pest control requirements for export wooden packaging;
      Vacuum packaging machine: 1 unit, used for moisture-proof and rust-proof packaging of precision instruments/electronic equipment, suitable for sealing export vacuum wooden crates;
      Wood moisture content meter: 2 units, real-time monitoring of wood moisture content (controlled at 8%-12%), preventing deformation/cracking of export packaging due to excessive moisture content.

  • Quality Testing Equipment

      Dynamic/static load testing platform: 1 unit, maximum test load 3000kg, testing the load-bearing performance of pallets/wooden crates to ensure compliance with customer use and transportation requirements;
      Dimensional accuracy testing instrument: 2 units, laser ranging, measurement error ≤0.1mm, verifying the consistency of finished product dimensions with customer drawings;
      Drop test machine: 1 unit, simulating drop impact during transportation, testing packaging protection performance, suitable for testing packaging of fragile products such as precision instruments and electronic equipment;
      Pest residue detection equipment: 1 set, detecting the effectiveness of pest control treatment on export packaging to ensure compliance with international quarantine standards.
