The current technical table lists pine or fir construction with a pallet weight of 15 kg. In one-way shipping and manual staging, the lower pallet mass reduces the weight added by the packaging platform while retaining a full wooden deck structure.
Six-Top / Four-Bottom Deck
The current design uses six top boards and four bottom boards and is listed for a 1,000 kg load. For general cartons, furniture, and household goods, this layout provides distributed deck support without the heavier board count used on industrial point-load pallets.
Repair-Friendly Softwood Joints
Pine and fir accept replacement nails and boards with less splitting pressure than dense hardwoods. When a deck board is damaged during normal warehouse use, the joint can be repaired with standard pallet hardware instead of discarding the entire platform.

Softwood pallets can be adjusted around cargo shape, entry direction, and the expected shipping cycle. The board sections and stringer spacing are selected to keep material use appropriate to the load while retaining the handling geometry required by the warehouse.

Softwood boards are checked for decay, insect damage, large loose knots, and splits before cutting. Moisture is monitored so light boards do not enter assembly in a condition that can cause excessive shrinkage after nailing.
Fastener penetration and board-end splitting are checked during assembly because softwood joints can be damaged by incorrect nail placement. Deck alignment and stringer straightness are verified before the pallet leaves the production station.
Finished pallets are inspected for burrs, exposed nails, loose boards, distortion, and handling clearance. Export lots receive the specified treatment and marking check before release.
