Skid-Carried Heavy Loads
A thickened skid base carries the equipment through its supporting structure during forklift or crane handling. The range includes project-built configurations from 5 tonnes to more than 20 tonnes, with the base carrying the cargo and the surrounding panels forming the enclosure.
Reinforced Enclosure Edges
Reinforced solid wood is combined with plywood or steel-edged panels. When large box faces experience handling contact and frame movement, the reinforced edges connect the panels at their boundaries and resist opening at the corners.
Customization
We develop the box from the equipment envelope, load distribution and available contact surfaces. The skid and enclosure are produced to the approved project drawing, with internal bracing fitted around the actual shape of the machinery.

Quality Control
Technical, production and quality personnel review the design before manufacture. The in-house load-testing platform covers loads up to 3,000 kg. Engineering calculations are used to assess heavier configurations.
Thick timber sections are checked for decay, splits and unsuitable knots before machining. During assembly, dimensions and joint positions are compared with the project drawing, and damaged components are replaced before closure.
Final inspection covers the completed structure and its treatment documentation. Regulated solid-wood components are checked for ISPM 15 treatment and marking, with release records retained for the order. Third-party inspection is accepted.
