Support Beneath the Cargo Contact Points
Deck and runner positions follow the load-bearing areas of the cargo. When a narrow machine foot or an unevenly shaped jig concentrates weight in one location, support is placed beneath that contact area rather than leaving it over an unsupported section of deck.
Offset Fork Access
Offset fork openings accommodate layouts where projecting fixtures obstruct a centered approach. The entry position is arranged around the equipment geometry, allowing the forks to enter without contacting those projections.
Integrated Cargo Fastening
Metal fixing points can be incorporated into the wooden base. For fixtures that must remain in a defined position during vehicle movement, mechanical attachment restrains sliding rather than relying only on the contact between the cargo and the deck.
Customization
We prepare the pallet design from the product drawing, weight distribution and handling arrangement, then cut and assemble the selected materials to that layout. The load capacity is specified for the chosen construction and support conditions.

Quality Control
The first-article review includes the CAD drawing and load-bearing calculation. The approved design becomes the production reference, and dimensional measurements check the built pallet against that drawing.
Incoming material is screened for moisture, decay and visible structural defects. Process inspections check cut components and assembled joints; finished pallets are examined for split boards, protruding fasteners and uneven bearing surfaces.
Export inspection distinguishes treated solid-timber pallets from processed-wood versions. Regulated timber treatment and marking are checked under ISPM 15, while the non-fumigation construction is checked for unapproved solid-wood substitutions.
