International Export Wooden Boxes are enclosed wooden freight packages for cross-border industrial shipments. They are used for machinery, precision instruments and automotive components moving between manufacturing plants, export terminals and overseas receiving facilities.
Core Advantages
Support Through Storage and Transfer
The box range provides static capacities up to 8,000 kg and dynamic capacities up to 4,000 kg. For heavy consignments waiting in floor storage before loading, the base supports the cargo at rest and through handling within the corresponding load rating.
Conditioned Timber at Assembly
Solid timber is conditioned to 12-15% moisture content. When a packed box moves from the assembly shop into a drier storage environment, using conditioned rather than green timber reduces the drying movement that can open joints or loosen fitted boards.
Reinforced Corner Connections
Galvanized screw nails and L-shaped metal connectors reinforce the box joints. When the enclosure is subjected to side loads during handling, the corner hardware resists joint opening and keeps adjoining panels connected.
Customization
We prepare a CAD layout from the cargo dimensions, contact points and required packing clearance. Production follows that layout, with the internal supports and external identification arranged for the individual shipment.
Customizable Items
- Internal length
- Internal width
- Internal height
- Cargo-restraint block positions
- Protective contact-pad positions
- Shipping marks and identification artwork
Quality Control
Material acceptance excludes timber with decay, insect damage or large dead knots and panels with damaged edges. Cut components are checked before assembly so unsuitable pieces do not become part of a finished export box.
For regulated solid-wood components, we verify treatment records and the legibility of the IPPC mark under ISPM 15. Batch identification is checked against the box and its supporting treatment documentation.
All finished boxes receive dimensional and structural inspection before dispatch. The release check covers closure fit, visible deformation and exposed fasteners, with inspection photographs retained alongside the order records.
