Controlled Export Moisture Range
The current product specification sets moisture below 19%, with 8-12% listed as the typical export range. During long container transit, lower retained moisture reduces excess pallet weight and limits the conditions that encourage surface mold on stored wood.

Quality Control
Timber is screened before assembly for decay, insect damage, deep splits, and defects around fastening zones. Moisture readings are recorded so the lot can be controlled before and after the treatment cycle.
Heat-treatment records are checked against the required time-temperature schedule, and the IPPC mark is inspected for clear, permanent placement on the pallet. Where the approved specification requires opposite-side marking, both marks are checked before packing.
Finished pallets are inspected for cracked members, loose or protruding fasteners, dimensional deviation, and handling damage. Pre-shipment inspection is completed before the lot is released, and third-party inspection can be arranged when required.
