Quality Control
Incoming timber is checked for decay, insect damage, major dead knots, splits, and moisture before cutting. Material that can weaken a deck board or runner is removed before it enters assembly.
During production, pallet footprint, squareness, board position, runner alignment, and fastener seating are checked against the approved drawing. Nail heads must sit correctly without missed joints, protruding points, or splitting at board ends.
Before release, the pallet receives a full visual and structural inspection, and the treatment mark is checked for legibility and traceability to the treatment record. Export lots can also be made available for third-party inspection before dispatch.
