Quality Control
Moisture is checked at multiple points with a calibrated meter before the timber is released to assembly. Kiln records are retained so the drying batch can be linked to the production lot.
Boards are checked for twist, cupping, splits, and excessive checking after drying. Planed surfaces are inspected for raised fibers, sharp edges, and defects that could contact packaged products.
Finished pallets are checked for squareness, deck flatness, joint integrity, and visible mold before packing. Where a separate phytosanitary heat treatment is required, that treatment and marking are verified independently of the moisture target.
