Specifically designed for cargo exceeding 2 meters in length or 2 tons in weight, these pallets are not "off-the-shelf" products; every one of our Oversized Timber Pallets is custom-engineered based on your cargo's center of gravity and load points. We use thick-section larch or imported hardwoods and reinforce the structure with M8-M12 galvanized bolts to ensure the pallet remains rigid under extreme stress.

Our factory's R&D team provides CAD structural drawings and load-bearing calculations for every order of Oversized Timber Pallets. We understand the risks associated with moving large machinery like wind turbine blades or CNC centers, so we offer optional features like metal corner protectors and integrated lifting eye bolt holes for crane operations.
