The low-profile construction reduces the height occupied by each empty skid in a stack. Where empty bases accumulate beside a packing line, more units fit within the same stack-height allowance.
Commercial loads kept together
Builds cover 300–800 kg during lifting and 500–1,500 kg in floor-supported storage. For evenly distributed cartons within the selected build's capacity, the skid carries the shipment as one unit from the packing station to the truck.

We use package dimensions and the handling layout to prepare the skid drawing. Poplar or lightweight pine is cut and nailed to that layout, with the deck coverage and identification set for the order.

Quality Control
Incoming timber is checked before cutting, and assembly is inspected during production. Split members, missing fasteners and loose joints are removed from the production flow.
