A consistent American footprint
The 48 x 40 inch footprint provides a defined base for carton layouts built around this size. When the packing pattern stays within the deck perimeter, the unit load reaches the receiving dock without package overhang caused by an undersized pallet.
Access from four sides
Four-way forklift entry gives the operator more approach options when a load is positioned across a dock or beside other pallets. The forks enter from the available side without first turning the loaded pallet to expose an end opening.

Quality Control
Solid-wood components are checked for moisture within 12–15% and rejected for rot, insect damage or large dead knots. Defective material is removed before assembly.
Finished pallets undergo a full pre-packing inspection for squareness, loose or projecting fasteners and damaged surfaces. A dispatch sample is checked again, and third-party inspection is accepted.
