Physical clearance above the floor
An overall height of 80–110 mm raises the package base above the floor surface. For cartons stored on concrete, this keeps the packaging clear of surface grit and direct floor contact without adding a tall platform beneath the load.
Capacity for stationary inventory
Static capacities range from 800 to 3,000 kg across the available builds. Under an evenly distributed stationary load, the deck and supports transfer the weight into a level floor, providing a base for dense packaged stock as well as lighter cartons.

Quality Control
Kiln-dried timber is inspected for rot, insect damage and visible deformation before assembly. Cutting and assembly checks control component fit and the positioning of the supports.
Two-way fork openings and joint security are inspected on the finished skid. Each unit receives a pre-packing check, and a dispatch sample is examined again before loading.
